Your Key Responsibilities

  • Content preparation and independent implementation of agile driven KAM strategy workshops
  • Support the key account manager in the preparation and maintenance of strategy documents
  • Alignment and content preparation for holistic key account management strategy
  • Consolidation and aggregation of KAM reportings for management
  • Support of buying center identification and communication matrix definition
  • Support of internal and external meeting preparation, conduction and follow-up as well as support internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Creation of procedures, work instructions and training documents as well as implementation of key-account specific processes
  • KAM key user for CRM-systems
  • Implementation of KAM-Management related IT-Infrastructure
  • General support of key account management team (KAM / Functions)

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business economics, related fields or compareable qualification
  • First experiences in sales administration or sales service
  • Experience within the Automotive Aftermarket, within an industry with a strong key account structure or in consulting preferable
  • In depth understanding of customer structures and networks
  • Strong understanding of SAP as well as very good application knowledge in Excel
  • Experience with reporting tools like Tableau and/or PowerBI
  • Business fluent in English, German is beneficial
  • High level of self-driven abilities within defined responsibility
  • Collaborative team skills and analytical abilities combined with strong communication skills
