Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop our change management framework to the next level to support the Digital Transformation of Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket
  • Collaborate closely with our Digital Transformation Managers and Product Owners during the preparation and implementation of digitalization projects
  • Drive country rollouts and operational readiness in collaboration with the Regions
  • Develop and organize training curriculum for new software solutions and arrange the creation of related training material
  • Create communication materials and distribute them via different internal channels
  • Continuously develop the agilization of the organization and support our projects towards a successful go-live and post-go-live support
  • Define and implement a roll-out & change roadmap in alignment with the overall Digital Transformation strategy

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed international studies in e.g. change management, business administration, psychology, economics, business IT or comparable education
  • Several years of international professional experience, preferably in a management consultancy, technology company or similar job
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management incl. definition of communication activities
  • Track record in roll-out & change projects with examples of successful operational readiness of new processes and systems introduction
  • Experience in defining business processes, ideally in marketing, sales, service or SCM context as well as experience in definition and implementation of agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Understanding of corporate IT and systems like Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud or S/4HANA
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English spoken and written in addition with willingness to travel, German is beneficial
