Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and content-related anchorage of the topic D&I in the global Schaeffler organization as well as the continuous development and adaption of the D&I strategy
- Development and implementation of suitable programs and measures to increase the attention and visibility of D&I within the organization
- Establishment of a global contact point for all external and internal questions and requests regarding D&I
- Implementation of various formats of training and execution of the Diversity Challenge
- Establishment and support of an AGG complaints office and supervision of the European Women Mentoring Program
- Support of the department for sustainability for regular reporting and additional regular information exchange
- Responsibility for internal communication and reporting as well as cooperation with the Diversity Council
Your Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Economics, Communication or comparable qualification
- Well-founded working experience in the field of Diversity & Inclusion within a company, a consulting firm or a comparable organization
- Profound knowledge in the field of Diversity & Inclusion as well as experience in the realization of D&I strategies in an enterprise environment
- Very good user knowledge in MS-Office, especially PowerPoint
- Business fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken
- Distinctive moderation and presentation skills in combination with delight in teamwork and networking as well as structured ways of working with high analytical capabilities
- Bargaining strength and assertiveness, distinctive communication skills and political aptness on all hierarchy levels
