Your Key Responsibilities
- Execute our eCommerce fulfillment business plan and derive suitable operational requirements
- Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment implementation for the different eCommerce business models including returns management
- Identify optimization areas for processes and systems, in order to better meet business requirements
- Identify and meet targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy and timeline
- Manage fulfillment partners and fulfillment within Schaeffler
- Conduct supply chain related research and analyses
- Work closely and collaborative with relevant internal interfaces globally and locally
Your Qualifications
- Graduate University Degree in Economics, Management, Logistics or a comparable subject or qualification
- Several years of experience in the eCommerce environment
- Very good knowledge in SAP R3 or S4 (preferably logistics modules) and Warehouse Management Systems
- Good knowledge in EDI and eCommerce APIs
- Very good knowledge in German and English, both written and spoken
- Proactive and commercial attitude combined with customer-centric mindset
- High communication and social skills
